Return & Refund Policy

We only accept return and exchange due to the following reasons:
1. If you received foods or products that are incorrect from your order.
2. Unsatisfied with our foods or products with reasons and you are required to provide the following:
>  a photo of the food or product with receipt.
>  a photo / video showing the food or product condition (packaging, food colour / texture etc)

 

How am I able to request for a Return / Refund / Replacement?

1. Notify us that an exchange is needed within 5 days from the date of receiving your goods by emailing us with your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ADDRESS and your CONTACT NUMBER together with the REASON OF THE RETURN or contact us directly.
2. You must receive a confirmation from us BEFORE returning the products.
3. GWS reserves the rights to reject a request if we conclude that the products sent is in a good condition.
4. An one to one exchange will be processed upon the receipt of your package.
5. Products purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
6. In the event that the products you originally purchased is been sold out, we will give you alternative items for an exchange.

Refunds will be provided if any product ordered is out of stock. A notification of refund will be informed via phone.
