Terms and Conditions

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event of where your ordered item becomes unavailable, a refund for the item will be issued or we can also substitute with another item(s) of equal value upon request.

Product Prices

Product price is subject to change without any prior notice due to season and availability of catch or harvest. However, we will always honour the price at the point of sale. Kindly refer to the product page for latest effective pricing.

Order Confirmation

Order payment must be completed within 24 hours in order to secure your items. Your order will be cancelled and the items will be released from holding if there is no payment made within the timeframe.

Order Modification

All order details will be locked and sent for processing as soon as we confirm it. Once you successfully placed an order, there will be no amendments allowed. Please be reminded to review your cart and shipping details carefully before checkout.

In order to maintain an efficient workflow, we do not combine orders as it will cause a disruption within the internal team. Therefore, adding items, removing items or combining orders is not available after the order has been placed.

Kindly place another order should you need to purchase more items and they will be sent to you accordingly. Please note that the delivery will be charged separately if the order is placed separately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you changed your mind due to any reason, you may contact our Customer Service to review your cancellation request. However, cancellation is not allowed if order has proceeded. 

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your card or bank account, depending on your selected payment method. Customer bank account details may be required for the refund procedure. Should there be a need to place a new order before the refund is processed, customers are required to make full payment to secure the new order as per usual.

Please be informed that the items from your order will be released to our webstore upon cancellation. Promotions that were applied to your cancelled order will not apply to your new order if the promotion period has passed at the time of new order. Kindly refer to our website for the latest product prices and availability.

Delivery Time

The delivery of order is fully handled by a third-party logistics company. Please be informed that specific delivery time requests will not be entertained.

Though we try our best to provide an estimated arrival time upon request, the actual delivery time can be affected by external factors such as traffic conditions.

To avoid any delay of delivery, we advise our customers to ensure availability to receive their orders, or provide alternatives (e.g. leave at guard house / neighbour receive on behalf) at own risk.

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to customer’s unavailability, additional delivery fee applies for re-delivery on the next possible delivery date. Please note that all the Sous Vide products are freshly made upon order, any delay or failed delivery that affects the products shelf-life will not be exchangeable.

Reschedule Delivery

Should there be a need to reschedule your order delivery, kindly contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Delivery date change for each order is limited to a maximum of 1 time only.

  • New delivery date should be within 3 days from the original delivery date. 

Change Delivery Address

Should there be a need to update your delivery address, kindly contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.

Any address change later than that will result in postponement of delivery up to 7 days.

Please be informed that only one delivery address is accepted per order, there is strictly no flexibility in changing delivery address after 24 hours of placing the order. For example, requests such as “Please deliver to home address if deliver after office hours” will not be entertained.

 

Unclaimed Self-Collect Orders

Any self-collect order must be redeemed on the selected pick-up date. For the orders unclaimed after the selected pick-up date, items will be kept for 7 days, if remains uncollected no refund will be given.

 

Missing / Damaged / Wrong Item Received


All products sold are not return and refundable except for quality defective. Kindly contact us at +601116188670 or info@gwsmalaysia.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo or video of the following:


  • the paper invoice that attached to your order,
  • the items(s) received

Our customer service will assist you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Should there be any order issue, an adequate compensation will be given.



Voucher / Coupon Code

  • All promo coupon codes are valid for one-time redemption per user.

  • Users can only apply ONE (1) promotion code per order. Certain coupon code exclusions may apply.

  • Some promo codes may have limited redemptions. Once they are fully redeemed, the promo codes are invalid.

  • All promo codes are not valid on products under promotions with indication that promo code is not applicable.

  • Minimum purchase amount is based on subtotal before promotion code is applied.

  • Minimum purchase requirement excludes shipping fee (if applicable).

  • Promo codes are strictly not refundable and exchangeable for cash.

  • If a promo code is used on an order with more than one item, the discount value is evenly distributed to each item according to the item’s prorated value.

  • Any refund of a single item purchased in such order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The total discounted amount will not be refunded.

  • GWS Gourmet Healthy Food will not extend the validity for unused expired e-Vouchers. No request via any form of correspondence will be entertained.

Affiliates Campaign

  • Users can only apply ONE (1) affiliate code per order. 

  • Affiliate code is only applied to selected Sous Vide products.

  • Minimum RM30 purchase amount needed to apply affiliate code.

  • Minimum purchase amount is based on subtotal before affiliate code is applied.

  • Minimum purchase requirement excludes shipping fee (if applicable).

  • Affiliate referral discount is strictly not refundable and exchangeable for cash.

  • If an affiliate code is used on an order with more than one item, the discount value is evenly distributed to each item according to the item’s prorated value.

  • Any refund of a single item purchased in such order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The total discounted amount will not be refunded.

  • Benefits under affiliate campaigns are subject to change without any prior notice.
